Attention indie bands: Going online to play first-person war games with your fans is an awesome idea -- that is, if you can actually play a decent round or two. And guess what? This Friday, you can fire up your Xbox and challenge Death Cab for Cutie bassist Nick Harmer (GWF DCFC Nick) with your sniper-rifle skills, or ambush drummer Jason McGerr (GWF DCFC Jason) on the sensationalized "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" video game.
 
 
The showdown happens Friday at 7 p.m. (EST), and you must possess an Xbox Live Gold membership to play. So strap on your headset, cue the Kenny Loggins classic montage "Danger Zone" and start practicing.
