From the opening line to Night Court, Seinfeld's blippity-bloppity slap bass or the Breeders' slide technique on "Cannonball," a sweet bass line can make a lasting impression. Brazilian dance-rock troupe CSS caught the bug and will feature the Breeders' 1993 classic as a B-side on its forthcoming single.

CSS' new single is titled "Left Behind," and is taken from the group's sophomore album Donkey, which was reported earlier. The track boasts four different formats: Two seven-inch singles, a CD and a digital-only release. While the seven-inch and digital versions are "Cannonball"-less, they do feature separate B-sides -- the digital release a remix from electro-rockers Midnight Juggernauts.

Donkey drops July 21 in the UK (Warner) while Sub Pop releases the sophomore disc on July 22.
