Lost Jimi Hendrix Album Uncovered!
According to Uncut, via Daily Swarm, Stills found the thirty-year old recordings within a stack of other material he taped during that period. Crosby, Stills and Nash band mate Graham Nash will reportedly release the album. Here's what Nash said in an interview with the Las Vegas Sun:
"He has an enormous history of recording. In the '70s, he was a recording fool. He just found a bloody album he made with Hendrix. 'Oh yeah, I forgot that.' We've got to listen to that... I want to listen to every track he ever recorded in case he recorded with Al Jolson."
The Al Jolson part is kind of weird, but hey, I'm sure these guys spent a lot of time in that studio doing more than laying down guitar tracks.
